Description:  

The Changemaker of the Year Award recognises an individual’s outstanding impact in driving change in the sectors affecting young people the most. Whether that’s through activism, leadership, innovation or community, the award celebrates those who are standing up for the next generation and making a real change.

The winner will receive up to £1,000 to support their journey as a changemaker.

The award will be announced at the Next Gen Conference 2025, the UK’s biggest celebration of youth and democracy.
